With leaks coming by way of zsneakerheadz, mock-ups for the entirety of Jumpman’s Summer 2023 have seemingly been revealed. From the return of the “Toro Bravo” scheme to the Air Jordan 6 to a removable elephant patch gracing a kids-exclusive Air Jordan 3, the Jordan 1 High OG is looking to get in on the action in a pre-worn “Washed Black” aesthetic. Similar to the grey-on-white theme featured in the 2020 Jordan 1 Retro “Smoke Grey” rendition, white leather bases embolden the worn, dark grey suede overlays across the mudguard, quarter overlays, foxing, and collar. Black laces and a matching tread darken opposing sides of the model while the medial grey tone is additionally inserted throughout the tongue construction and inner lining as lighter offerings fill the midfoot Swooshes and ankle. Staple trefoil Jordan logos are rendered in white along with a “Sail” midsole, brightening the previously established murky tonal spectrum. With an expected June 10th release date and accompanying $180 retail price, check out additional info on the Jordan 1 High OG “Washed Black” here. In other unreleased news under the Jordan Brands umbrella, the “Hide N Seek” Air Jordan 3 aims to celebrate Children’s Day in June of 2023.
