Nike’s output of Dunk Lows is impressive, with new colorways propping up seemingly every day. This pair, which was revealed in-hand courtesy of sneaker leakers, thankfully proffers a refreshing spin on the shoe, as earth tone panels lay the base for an array of unique, somewhat complex stitching. The threads are found only along the ankle flap and toe, however, their white threads ostensibly serving more a decorative purpose than a cultural one. Regardless, the olive and brown leathers are more visually stimulating for it, more so than the loosely woven mesh that dresses the mid-panel and forefoot. By comparison, the collar and tongue are not quite as low gauge, as they rely on a thicker, more tightly wound textile. Finally, the eye stays, Swoosh, and heel tab round out the package in hairy suede, the latter two doing so in a much bolder blue shade.
