Having taken over a majority of the Women’s Air Force 1 Low’s lacing construction with a giant white ribbon in April, the most recent offering opts instead for a minimal aesthetic, placing the quaint black bow with a translucent Swoosh branded jewel at the base of the quarter overlay in place of the typical metallic 1982 branded tag.
Smooth white leather presides underneath the quarters and forefoot’s suede panels done in a light faded taupe and caramel hue. Accented lining is utilized throughout the vamp in chocolate brown and the upper overlay in a bright cream while a double stacked black and white velvet Swoosh wrap along the heel counter finished with gold cursive “NIKE” branding. The medial side of the model is further split up utilizing dark espresso panels and a forest green Swoosh with the insoles working in tandem with the array of warm hues. Underfoot the model is rounded out by a doubled up “AIR” heel counter and midsole that’s cream tonal spectrum continues toward the tread.
