Timing perfect as usual, this season’s low-top form of the signature LeBron model has appeared around All-Star Weekend. That would be the Nike LeBron 19 Low, revealed via official images in the standard white/black/red colorway that has stayed true to the LeBron shoe line since its inception in 2003. As LeBron returns to Cleveland, host city of the 2022 All-Star Game, the LeBron 19 Low will most certainly make an appearance either during the exhibition game’s Media Day or even the game itself.
This first look at the Nike LeBron 19 Low reaches back into the past via the use of leather overlays. Most of LeBron’s signature shoes have skewed towards lightweight synthetics and innovative fabrics, but we’re glad to see that old-school style construction appear at the molded toe-box and the extended heel. There reminder of upper features a mesh-like shroud that covered interior bootie. At the tongue is the lion’s crest symbol with LeBron’s crown insignia right above.
Typically, the LeBron Low features a reductive form of the primary model. The LeBron 19 Low features the double-chambered Air at the heel only, while a full-length basketball-specific React foam provides added support. While tech specs haven’t been revealed, it’s possible these also have forefoot Zoom.
A release date has not been confirmed, but LeBron Lows typically arrive at the start of the Summer season (April/May) and retails for less than the signature model. We’ll update you when we learn more, but for now, check out the official images.
