And among the Spring’s many exciting drops, one in particular, the return of the Air Jordan 12 “Playoffs,” has garnered the most attention.
Revealed by way of official images in January, the Retro bears an extremely close likeness to the original. If not for the slight gold hue of the metallic hardware, the colorway would be practically identical to its 1997 counterpart. Even the black tumbled leathers seem aged by over two decades, appearing glossy as if due to patina. By comparison, the white mudguard, sole, and silver tabs are much more standard, staying as such atop the accompanying GS, PS, and TD sizes, all of which are near carbon copies of the adult pair.
