One of the highlights of the continuing LEGO x adidas partnership was actual toy Superstar brick set that launched in July of 2021. Although not wearable, the LEGO Superstars were a fun shelf display piece for sneaker fanatics, and given its complete sell-out on release date, it’s clear that there exists a substanial market for these side-quest drops.
However, it was only a matter of time before actual wearable LEGO Superstars were made, and the time has now come as the classic black/white colorway of the Shell-toe emerges with LEGO-blocked toe-caps and heels. The toe features the actual studded texture we’ve come to know, while heel merely adds a thinner overlay. Both kids pairs will arrive on February 4th beginning now exclusively for top-level members (Gamechangers and Icons) within the adidas membership; see the photos below.
