The Nike Air Force 1 Low has already cemented itself in the sneaker pantheon. For its 40th anniversary, however, Bruce Kilgore’s iconic design has seemingly gotten a fire lit under it, as it’s emerged in dozens of solo and collaborative efforts.
Recently, the sneaker appeared in a clean “White/Pale Vanilla/Coconut Milk” colorway perfect for any wardrobe. Akin to the model’s signature style, the upcoming Air Force 1 indulges in a “colorless” leather base, setting the stage for the contrast of any kind across the rest of the upper and sole unit. Midsoles opt for a yellowed look that evokes vintage sensibilities, while the non-standard profile swooshes resemble jewel propositions nodding to the Air Force 1 Mid. Lastly, inner lining and branding on the top of the tongue work in-tandem with the suede upper heel panel to add more personality to the rather understated offering.
